We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@topgadgetfinds.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges For exchanges, the fastest method is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For shipments to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without justification. The item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
